Above prices include: Utility charges, air conditioning, normal cleaning services.

A deposit of 20% of the rental is due to confirm the booking. The balance plus a refundable damage deposit of £100 is payable no less than eight weeks prior to travel. The damage deposits are refundable on completion of the holiday when the keys are returned, provided there are no damages, breakage’s or exceptional cleaning charges. Keys, info. pack and maps will be sent by post on receipt of final balance & damage deposit.
